The Municipality of Lublin has received additional funds to support people with disabilities and their carers by joining to the “Relief Program” conducted by the Ministry of Family, Labour and Social Policy of Poland. The program assumes the support of carers of children with disabilities and people with a significant degree of disability in the form of:
In 2019, in accordance with the conditions of the "Relief care" program, the limit was set to 14 days of relief care in the form of 24-hour stay and 240 hours of care in the form of day services and counselling.
Services will be provided at the request of a family member or the direct carer who has of a person with disabilities. The persons covered by the Program will not bear the costs of the service.
