The project aims to encourage consumers to buy local fresh products

The original aim of the project funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) was to identify new trading practices and locations suitable for sale fish in the lake area. However, the idea soon garnered interest from other producers and the project expanded from fish to local food.

The project devised a strategy to encourage consumers to buy more quality fresh produce by allowing them to order and pick it up when they want. Upon placing an order on the internet store, customers receive an electronic key which enables them to access the pick-up point, located close to a local service station.
