As part of the “SMART CT” project implemented by the Romanian municipality
The Romanian Municipality of Constanța is in the process of implementing the project “SMART CT”. The general objective of the project is to strengthen the administrative capacity of the Territorial Administrative Unit of Constanța by developing strategic planning capacity and simplifying a number of procedures, correlated with the introduction of electronic methods of management of documents, which will increase the quality of long-term work.
Another objective of the project is the realization of a Smart City Strategy of Constanța. It aims to meet the specific requirements and solve the real problems of the city and can be consulted on the website of Constanța City Hall.
Anyone interested can send observations, suggestions and opinions both by mail, to the address: B-dul Tomis №51, as well as by e-mail to the address iecte@primaria-constanta.ro.
After the consultation period, a public debate will be organized. Constanța City Hall will inform further about the details on the organization and how to participate.
Expected results following the implementation of the project are: elaboration of the Smart City strategy of the municipality; performing the analysis - diagnosis of the computer system and document management; development and implementation of an integrated information system; realization of an electronic archive for at least 1600 linear meters of physical archive; training of 10 people in the field of strategic planning.
The "SMART CT" project is co-financed from the European Social Fund, through the Operational Program Administrative Capacity 2014-2020. The project has a total value of 3,618,486.48 lei (747,564.82 euros), of which 3,075,713.52 lei represents the contribution of the European Union, 470,403.23 lei the eligible amount reimbursable from the state budget and 72,369.73 lei for the co-financing of the beneficiary - namely the city of Constanţa.
