Keynote speeches will be given by Mariya Gabriel, European Commissioner for Digital Economy & Society; Martin Selmayr, Secretary-General, European Commission; Margot James, the British Minister for Digital and Creative Innovations and Mounir Mahjoubi, the French Minister for Digital and Creative Innovations.
