D'autre part, les Présidents des Gouvernements régionaux et communautaires prêtent serment dans les mains du Roi. Celui-ci reçoit également en audience les membres des Gouvernements et Parlements régionaux et communautaires.
À l’occasion de la fête, Sa Majesté le Roi Albert II et Leurs Altesses Royales la Princesse Astrid et le Prince Lorenz assistent au Palais de la Nation à la cérémonie organisée par la Chambre des Représentants, le Sénat et le Gouvernement Fédéral.
